The Max Plank Diet

The “Max Plank” diet was created by researchers from the Max Plank Nutrition Institute in Germany and, if followed for two weeks, it may enhance the metabolism and prevent the body from gaining weight for the next three years, according to its authors.

For the Max Plank diet, alcohol or sweets are strictly prohibited. Dieters should drink at least 0.5 gallons of liquid per day and use only diet salt. They shouldn`t consume sweetened beverages or mineral water.

Monday:

For breakfast, dieters should have a coffee without sugar or milk. Lunch includes two boiled eggs and boiled spinach. Dinner consists of one large beef barbecue with plenty of green salad and celery. Dieters should not consume bread.
